I want to know if the GMC-300 functions as a personal dosimeter to hospital
Working with X-ray
I also want to know if the measurements for continuous or pulsed exposures?

The GMC-300 detects X-Ray. It gets radiation data each second. So, your will see each second counted data log. The pulse width shoule longer than 1 second.

If I shot x-ray between the taking of data collection 1 sec would not be detected?

You are right. If the pulse frequency is higher than 1Hz, then the unit is unable to distinguish each pulse.

I think there is a misunderstand in my reply #3.

The GMC-300 still be able to detect the short pules if more short pules shot on the tube, the tube should be triggered and there are must be some CPM readings.

But if only one very shot pulse on tube, the count is not guaranteed.

what the maximum energy in mR/H units GMC-300E can detect in one pulse?.
and when tube need to be replaced?
