Hi frequency, the 'Save Data' is for saving the result from 'GET EMF Data' or 'GET RF DATA' and 'Load Data' is loading those saved datas.
If you want to save data from the 390 logging feature. You must turn on the Save Data feature on the device by going Main Menu->Save Data then on the software, you need to choose 'Download History' to download those data to your computer.

Assuming you have turned on logging on your GQ-390, to download the log to your computer, you need to install the GQ EMF PRO software (#6 at https://www.gqelectronicsllc.com/comersus/store/download.asp).

Once installed, start the program, click on:

  • File

  • Download History

  • Click on the "Download" button

  • Assign a name to the log file

  • Click on Save

  • Wait until the GQ EMF PRO program says "Download Finished" (It's very slow).

The log file is a CSV (Comma-Separated Value), you can open it with Excel or any spreadsheet program.
