Hi psoubourou,

It seems like the configuration data is corrupted for some reason. Just keep it rebooting for at most a day and it will eventually fix itself. After working, you need to do a factory reset from the menu.

If still doesn't work after 24 hours of rebooting, then contact support so you can send it back for warranty.

Hi,
I have an issue this morning : I start the GMC-320 as usual, get the invite screen backlit :
GMC-320

(+V4)

But the device never actually starts past the invite. I see it flicker after 3s and then the invite screen appears again, and it does this indefinitely. I never get the menus. But I hear the clicks of the GM counting.
I've tried disconnecting reconnecting the device's battery, plugging unplugging the cord, but the problem remains.
Thanks for your help.

Use USB cable to power. If this way work, then the problem is battery contacting.
