Everytime I connected the unit it will be connected to COM port 12 or 13. I tried changing the GQ viewer to COM port 12, bec. there is no 13, the viewer will display com port error. The viewer is always set to COM port 3. Then I tried changing the unit com port to 3 and it will not because it was assigned already. I can change the unit com port to 1, 2 or 12, bbut the GQ viewer will not accept any change to a different com port.
