I have not been able to connect my device to my computer. After connecting the USB cable and launching the Data Viewer app, I select Load, hoping to find the data that I hope has been collected on the device, but the app seems to check all the ports a fails to open any.

Hi deschreiber, which software are you using?

When you plug in the device, it either gets every CPS data and displays it or you can also download the history data from the device.

I do not know this software well, you will have to use the windows device manager to find the number of the correct com port, and select it manually in the application.
