The RF Spectrum doesn't have alarm for RF. RF, EF, and EMF are different types of radiations. If AllInOne mode is in RF mode, the "High" means that the RF reading is high. To find where the RF source is coming from, it's better to use the RF Browser instead of the RF Spectrum. But if you want also find where EMF and EF are high, then use the AllInOne mode.

Yes I was looking at RF spectrum. I believe I have high radiation in my home, but the GQ meter is very confusing and I am trying to understand how to get the best reading in my house and find where are the highest readings(I have a 4 y old and I am concerned). Yes I was looking at RF spectrum. Now how is this ALL in one mode works: For example I am getting "high" readings like 3.7 mw/m2 or 4mw/m2 in RF mode but like 0.1 v/m I than EME is 01-0.5mg(normal,mixed). In RF Browser mode the peak now -43DBM is 19.55mw/m2..Is it really bad right?? Thanks

50 mW/m2 or 5uW/cm2 if I it convertion correctly. In RF browser mode, there are no other bands. Are you looking at the RF Spectrum?

And how about the RF Alarm? The threshold for the RF Alarm (in uW/cm^2) ideal is? Also which Frequency band should I select since there are 6 modes? Also which Start Frequency I need to use and which end frequency of the current band? Thanks

Best one for detecting RF is the RF Browser mode. You can simply test your wifi/microwave/cellphone/tablet with this mode.
